The Explore Portugal Adventure Challenge is a national outdoor adventure circuit designed to challenge body and mind, awaken the spirit of discovery, and create unforgettable moments in some of Portugal's most authentic locations.
More than a sports event, each stage is an opportunity to explore trails, rivers, mountains, and villages, discover the natural and cultural heritage of different regions of the country, and enjoy unique experiences in direct contact with nature.
Throughout the route, teams are invited to observe the surrounding environment, interpret the terrain, and find the best route to reach the successive control points marked on the provided maps.
Navigation, adaptability, team spirit, and discovery become essential parts of the adventure.
The core activities include:

Hiking or trail running, at each team's preferred pace;

Mountain bike or e-MTB.
Depending on each stage, the adventure may also include additional surprise experiences and challenges such as:
